Child Care Fees and Policies
  • All fees are to be paid 1 week in advance at all times.  Fees are due on Mondays whether your child is
    present or not.  If no one is at the office, you must use the drop box to make your payment.  
  • We accept CYFD payments.  Parents of children on CYFD contracts are responsible for all extra fees
    i.e., hold fees, gas, fees, registration, and tax.  CYFD co-pays are due on the first of every month
  • You are responsible for knowing how much your bill is.  
  • Fees are subject to change.  If the fees change you will be notified by newsletters and posted signs
    and a new contract will be signed by you.  
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
  • Any additional policies and conditions are covered in the contract and policy brochure.
$105.00 (plus tax) a week for 1 full-time child 6weeks to 23 months
$100.00 (plus tax) a week for 1 full-time child 24 months to 5 years
$95.00 (plus tax) a week for 2nd full-time child
$95.00 (plus tax) a week for each additional child
Day Care Fees
$75.00 (plus tax) a week for 1 child
$70.00 (plus tax) a week for 2nd child (in same program)
$70.00 (plus tax) a week for each additional child
(During summer months full-time fees are charged)
School Age Program
(while school is in session)
Drop in Fees:  $15.00 an hour (minimum 2 hours)
Registration Fee:  $20.00 due at registration
Gas Fee:  $10.00 a month
Bad Check Fee:  $35.00
Late Payment Fees: $35.00 a day everyday after the due date.
